San Jose State University held a design competition that incorporated energy and environmental performance goals into their design requirements for their Student Health and Counseling Facility Project. The LEED® green rating system has been selected as a guide to assist the team in achieving the project’s environmental objectives. The overall goal of the project is to design and construct the facility to a LEED Gold equivalency.
Integrated Design 360 provided support to Hensel Phelps Construction to identify and integrate viable and effective sustainable design strategies to support the team in achieving LEED Gold equivalency.
